This is a must have if you have a need for high availability. This book goes over all of the DB engine types and practical uses for each. This book also has a good amount of details and many examples on how to use master/slave relationships. It helped me solve a few situations and was relatively easy to do, and also showed me how to run multiple servers on one machine (this was easy to set up, and also allowed me to have a pseudo-test environment).

It definately is a must have if you do anything with MySQL where your data must be highly available.
